SMS Terms
Lifetime Investment Realty LLC (“LIR,” “we,” or “us”) uses this program to respond to your real-estate inquiry and coordinate requested appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and changes. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
The SMS program uses +1 404 999 0859. For assistance, reply HELP, email va@lifetimeinvestmentrealty.com, or call 404-547-1767.
How to enroll and consent
To enroll, provide your mobile number on an LIR inquiry or appointment form and separately select the optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not selected by default. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. You can submit an inquiry without agreeing to SMS, and consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s rates may apply to each message sent or received.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any program text to opt out. After your opt-out is processed, LIR will stop sending program messages to that number, except for a message confirming the request where supported or required. Reply HELP for assistance, or use the contact details above.
An SMS opt-out is separate from a request to access or delete information. See our Privacy Policy or email va@lifetimeinvestmentrealty.com for privacy requests. A request to delete information does not itself subscribe or unsubscribe a number.
Delivery and appropriate use
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-critical legal or transaction notices; contact your agent directly for urgent matters.
Only enroll a number you are authorized to use. Please tell us if you stop using or change that number. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or sensitive identity or transaction documents by text.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. A change does not expand your consent to unrelated messages. If the messaging program materially changes, LIR will obtain any consent required for the new use.
